You can participate in this project either by picking up and filling up the survey at one of the participating stores. You can also DOWNLOAD THE QUESTIONNAIRE, print it on your printer and bring it to one of the box locations. Another option is to FILL UP THE QUESTIONNAIRE ONLINE. Please let your friends and family members know about this survey, because the higher number of responses collected with this survey will improve the overall output of the whole survey and will show GBT the issues public wants to incorporate into their future plans.
